Abstract

The article looks at significant aspects and factors of working life in terms of ageing. It addresses age changes in the context of work, in particular the interest of older groups of workers in the context of an ageing population, management concepts reflecting the ageing of workers, ageism issues and age discrimination.

It focuses on the characteristics of older workers and working seniors, their preferences and skills. The focus is on intergenerational cooperation and knowledge sharing in the organisation, intergenerational learning and intergenerational sharing factors in the workplace.
