Instrument for sequential electrophoretic analysis of clinical, food, environmental, and industrial samples

Publication

Abstract

The apparatus for the sequential electrophoretic analysis of clinical, food, environmental and industrial liquid samples of the invention comprises a dispenser for continuously dosing samples into a separation capillary with a flow line for the base electrolyte. The dispenser is connected to the outlet of the filling device.

The apparatus also has a contactless conductivity detector through which the separation capillary passes and is led to an end vessel with a high voltage electrode and connected to an under-pressure source. A grounding electrode is in the dispenser and is also connected to a time meter between two drops of the flow rate of the basic electrolyte.
