Community property and testamentary disposition

Abstract

Getting married can be one of the reasonss that restricts the testator in his decision about his own property. This is in case when property which the testator wants to discuss in his will is a part of community property.

Due to the fact that in this case the property is not in common but in joint ownership, it is not possible to trea it independently and the testator has to deal with certain restrictions.
