Abstract
The fourth part of publication sheds light on certain specifics of the public licenses, and in particular on the so-called "viral effect". It also deals with question whether public licenses are enforceable licence contracts pursuant to the Czech laws.
It examines under what circumstances it is possible to enforce the viral effect before the court and who is capable of pleading in the viral eff ect enforcement claims.
