Abstract
The contribution deals with the religious and political response of the Jewish State on the African migration between 2005-13. The reli-gious community emphesizes the Biblical oredr to love the stranger (ger).
The Israeli political repesentation stands very sceptical towards the possibility to accept the African refugees. The Israeli legal means aim to pr-vent the refugees from getting to Israel.
