Abstrakt
the chapter provoiides overview of the La Tène art in Bohemia from the 5th to the 1st century BC. apart from explaining the basic principles of the La Tène art and its specificities, its development is discussed beginning with the Early style of 5th century, through Waldalgesheim and 'Plastic' style. special attention is given to understanding the role and significance of the Late Styles, often left out in discussions of La Tène art.
