Abstract
The paper aims to specify riskrs that migrants may face while seeking a jon in the Czech Rebublic labor market. The text tries primarily to define such risks and to descri be in detail the currently common cliental system.
As regards the practical aspetc, our research has employed qualitative methods. In discussing the research results, the author endeavored to suggest hypotheses applicable to also a quantitative research.
