Hepatic pseudolymphoma: a surprising finding in a case with suspected generalisation of lung cancer

Publication at Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen |
2019

Abstract

Pseudolymphoma is a rare plaque lesion looking for different organs, experience with this lesion is small. Only about 50 cases were possible in the liver localization.

Diagnostics is difficult. Diagnosis is in bad cases determined by histological examination.

The presented case shows that its diagnosis is difficult. Malignant foci availability was precluded only by definitive histological and immunohistochemical examination.

Long-term postoperative follow-up is indicated.
