Abstract
The publication provides an overview of the concept of quality management from different perspectives, its definition, components, functions, deals with the requirements / principles of the quality management system according to ISO 9000, 9001 and 9004, application of EFQM model of excellence. The aim of the publication is to provide a basic input into the quality management issues and to use the examples, documents, project outputs and discussion considerations to guide the system approach to the setting or revision and possible changes in quality management at a certain level of schools or educational organizations.
