Abstract
The text captures the changes in the administration of agriculture in the Bohemian Lands in a long-term perspective from the mid-19th century to the early 21st century. It explains the mechanisms of management of the agricultural sector in individual developmental stages (in the era of the Habsburg monarchy, in the interwar period, in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, in the era of 1945-1989 and in the post-November era) and deals with the activities of state institutions, self-government bodies, other organizations of a public nature, cooperatives and associations.
