Abstract
The entire content of the text of this section focuses on communication procedures and preparation for a public presentation with a lecture at a conference; but many aspects also concern the preparation of a diploma or publication. Here I will focus only on heuristic procedures in the preparation of public performance and communication procedures in public speech.
