Effective protection of victims of domestic violence in the Czech Republic

Abstract

The paper deals with the tools of protection of victims of domestic violence in the Czech Republic. The author focuses especially on the institute of expulsion of the perpetrator of domestic violence, protection of the victim not only by the instruments of criminal law and the law on victims of crime, but also in civil proceedings.
