Report form the annual conference of the Société Internationale Fernand de Visscher pour l'Histoire des Droits de l'Antiquité (SIHDA) hosted by The Centre for Legal History, Edinburgh Law School, the University of Edinburgh, UK from 3-7 September 2019. The main organizer was Paul du Plessis, professor of Roman Law at the University of Edinburgh.
