Abstract

The chapter considers Comenius' concept of morality linked with theory of education and ethics of virtue. The text consequently points out crucial thoughts originally comes from Plato's and Aristotle's concept of arete, praxis an fronesis.

In order to justify a main philosophical point an author interpret MacIntyre's theory of virtue and Spaemann's interpretation of eudaimonia.
