Abstract
The author describes the treatment of severe cellulitis of the neck in a 75-year-old female patient with many systemic diseases and with multiple drug allergies. The treatment was consisted of hospitalizing the patient, general health stabilization, surgical revision and drainage neck areas under general anesthesia and intravenous administration of antibiotics.
The treatment period was 20 days.
