Abstract
The contribution deals with the majority and minority relations in Israel today regarding the speech of the Israeli president Reuven Rivlin in 2015. President Rivlin designed the demographic future of Israeli society consisting of four minority groups.
He calls these groups sectors of tribes. He calls the Israeli society to cooperation between the different sectors and to the creation of what he calls "New Israelness".
