It is the afterward to the mentioned book. The author deals with various critical responses to Adorno's concept of modern music.
The author intended to show that this book can be read in a new light after the end of postmodernism. The book is put in a broader context of Adorno's philosophy.
The author tries to debunk some misinterpretations concerning this book.
