Abstrakt
The lecture focuses on the duties and responsibility in squeeze-out in context of the decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. The lecture mainly points out the fact, that squeeze-out was found in compliance with protocol 1.European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and also gives exapmles of the judgements which can help determine the value of adequate compensation for the minority shareholders in squeeze-out.
