The lecture describes the development of legislation of the European Works Council in the Czech Republic,Labour Law system. Actual problems - despite the fact that the assessment of current practice in the Czech Republic from both parties of the social dialogue seems to be quite satisfactory, it is obvious that "there is always something to improve"
