Rules of communication in the communication with parents

Abstract

Many of us at school certainly experienced a situation where a parent asked about a colleague's work or wanted to know why this was happening in one or the other course. Or sometimes we deal with complaints about how other teachers are taught, parents want us to explain, and sometimes even make a change.

I have also experienced a question about a very specific detail from the lessons - for example, why pupils do not have vocabulary when teaching German in one group. I really did not know and for a long time I did not even know how to answer correctly so that this small question would not develop into a complex and long-term conflict.

An easy way to deal with similar situations is to set rules for communication flows when communicating with parents.
