Autonomy of schools in the field of human resources from the perspective of the school executives

Abstract

This study focuses on the perception of the advantages and disadvantages of extensive school autonomy in the Czech Republic, based on the views of school leaders (school principals and deputies) and school management students on the subject of school autonomy. Data was collected over two years in the form of a questionnaire and group discussions.
