Abstrakt
This is the second and last of two student documentary films shot by Zhiyar Mohammed - a journalism student at Prague College (a private-funded university based in Prague) - that featured me as a polyglot translator and interpreter. The short English-language movies are based on interviews with me on subjects related to language acquisition, language learning, multilingualism, and language anthropology.
I took part in the dramaturgical shaping of the films by suggesting topics for discussion and the ways of their visual presentation, submitting visual materials on the subjects outlined above, and making editorial recommendations in the process of postproduction. The duration of this film is 5 minutes, 28 seconds.
