Abstract
The aim of this technical solution was to prepare an epigenetically active food supplement for persons with reduced immune system function and for persons requiring improvement of their state of health. Several bioactive substances have been used in the specific concentration range to produce the preparation and have been scientifically proven to be effective and have an effect on immune enhancement.
The given composition is therefore composed of a balanced mixture of individual biologically active substances. The essence of the preparation of the aforementioned dietary supplement lies in the correct formulation, where the content of the individual components is precisely controlled and the obtained mixture is homogenized in a rotary homogenizer for some time.
The total product consists of the following substances: zinc inorganic or organic salt (0.5 - 50% by weight), folic acid (0.5 - 5% by weight), pectin (40 - 90% by weight), selenium (0 - 0.003 wt%, manganese (0-0.002 wt%), vitamin C (1-30 wt%), niacin (0.25-1 wt%).
