Abstract

The aim of this contribution is to outline the limits of european and international law regarding the accessibility of social security benefits for migrants and refugees. It focuses on the possibility of states to reduce attractivity for different categories of migrants in the light of their international and EU obligations, rather than on comparing selected countries' different social systems.
