Decision-making on Domestic Reimbursement Disputes in Health Care

Abstract

The chapter deals with the arbitration proceedings according to the Rules of the Arbitration Court for National Payment Disputes in Healthcare, effective from March 1, 2011. The proceedings is similar to that of the Rules of the Arbitration Court, but it contains some differences, for example the possibility of mediation and there is no proceedings abroad.

Only Czech law can be used in this proceeding.
