Abstract
The chapter of the publication freely following on the textbook of Civil Procedural Law deals with the definition of alternative dispute resolution and presents not only a brief explanation of the issue and their institutes, but also the projection into practice. Its content is an interpretation to ADR, a list of related legislations, a graphical representation of the issue, questions on the topic, examples, a list of selected case law, keywords and patterns.
