Abstract
Case report of extra cranial - intra cranial bypass surgery in flow augmentation indication is presented. 63 years old men with symptomatic internal carotid occlusion and the 2nd stage of hemodynamic brain failure with conservative treatment decreased in neurocognitive test during follow up. Improvement of presenting symptomatology as well as cognitive tests was noticed after the surgery.
