Abstract
René Starhon focused on physiological research and entographic testimony contained in the magazine Security Service published between 1931 and 1945. Individual gendarmerie studies mapped and classified physiognomic features that indicated individuals who might be prone to criminal offenses.The lecture was followed by a discussion.
