Abstract

This chapter deals with the issue of domestic violence in terms of specific aspects of evidence and criminal procedure. In the field of evidence, the author deals with, for example, the particularities of detecting suspicions and providing testimonies and documents.

In the area of procedural progress, attention is focused, for example, on the issue of ne bis in idem principle and procedural decisions concerning victims of domestic violence.
