Abstract
Atopic eszema (AE) is chronic inflammatory disease of skin. Typical symptoms are itching, erythema, papulation and lichenification.
The disease has a genetic base - atopy and failure of barrier function of the skin. All children suffering from AE are recommended to allergology and dermatology examination.
Allergy, especial food allergy is necessary to exam as soon as possible. The basic treatment is regular care of skin, contact with allergens restriction or diet in case of food allergy.
