On the amendment of non essential elements of EU legislative directives by EU delegated regulations

Abstract

The article deals with cases in which certain non-essential elements of EU legislative directives are amended by EU delegated regulations. The article highlights some important national transposition and adaptation implications brought about by adoption of delegated regulations amending or supplementing legislative directives.
