Abstract
This article examines possible ways to use fictional texts to teach geography. Beyond its general reflection, the article demonstrates how a specific text (an excerpt from a novel set in Nepal) could be used in a geography lesson.
It emphasizes connecting teaching objectives with the didactic potential of the text that will be used.
