Abstract
The publication brings a complete legal commentary of the Act on Mediation (No. 202/2012 Coll.). It addresses the crucial issues of mediation procedure, mediator's duties and difference between registered and non-registered mediators according to the Czech law.
The mandatory preliminary session with a registered mediator that can be ordered by a court in civil and commercial matters is another important topic covered addressed by this commentary. The uniqueness of this publication is its complexity.
It aslo compares the respective mediation rules issued by different ADR centres.
