Abstract
This book focus on dispute resolution in a complex and detailed way using the rich experiences if its author. It address the topic of conflict as a psycho-sociological phenomenon and discovers the basics of communication and negotiation.
However, its core is in the description of mediation procedure, mediator's techniques and different situation that may occur in mediation room. The book, however, addresses some legal issues related to performance of mediation in the Czech Republic too.
Finally, it describes the principal ethical duties of mediators.
