Abstract

International ILO agreements and EU law anticipates existence of an entity devoted to create and maintain social dilague on a national level. Czech, Hungarian and even Polish respctive laws do recognize such an organ, whose main function is to enforce a broad no-strike rule.

For various reasons, Hungarian and Polish legislators decided to change respective formal tripartite structures. This paper analyses those changes of formal tripartite entity in said countries and compare them with a specific situation in the Czech Republic that is well-known for a stagnation in this regard.

The author addresees a research question: which tripartie entity is more efficient in its role to maintain peace and prosperity?
