A description as a narrative

Abstrakt

In the middle of the Finnish legend Piispa Henrikin surmavirsi, there is a partly ekphrastic description mirroring in allegories, metaphores the surrounding narrativ. Thus the description serves as a semantic and functional syllepsis.
