A democratic act - an ordered murder - hate violence? The murder of De Witt brothers and the new media of the Dutch early modern period

Abstract

The article evaluates new research on the murder of De Witt brothers in 1672 and tries to adjust the vulgar historical argumentation occuring in the Czech media during the corona crisis.
