TEST DSpace - The share of universities and research organizations in joint research and development infrastructures

Abstrakt
Universities and research organizations together with corporations participate in collaborative projects and, in parallel, participate in various joint research and development infrastructures. All these factors meet on a national as well as international level, while each country offers slightly different legal environment for the intellectual property protection and exploitation.
We present an overview of the challenges which are brought by these different situations and conlicting motivations regarding collaborative creation of marketable ideas and fair division of Intellectual Property Rights.
