Abstrakt
The text summarizes our knowledge on the person of Sanballat/Sin-uballit, governor of Samaria in the second half of the 5th century BCE, based on various written sources (manuscripts from Wadi Daliyeh and from Elephantine; Book of Nehemiah, Jewish Antiquities of Flavius Josephus).
