Bank as a (Business) Corporation with Special Emphasis on Foreign Banks Operating in the Territory of the Czech Republic

Abstract
The Bank is a business corporation. In the Czech Republic, legal regulation is primarily contained in the Act on Business Corporations and the Act on Banks.
Many other European and local regulations apply to banks.The article draws attention to the peculiarities of the regulation of banks as business corporations. At the same time, the requirements for establishing a bank in the Czech Republic are listed.
