Abstract
In his contribution, the author describes the circumstances under which Church law was removed from the curriculum of law faculties in Czechoslovakia after the Second World War. He pays special attention to the opinions of three professors of Church law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University on the reform of legal education, namely Antonín Hobza, Josef Tureček and Vratislav Bušek.
