Abstract

The article deals with the topic of terminating the legal duty of the healthcare provider to provide an aggressive patient with care. First the article defines the law-based conditions under which a healthcare provider may be able to terminate a patient from providing their care without the patient's explicit consent.

After this general introduction, the article then discusses in detail the particular reason for the termination of providing the patient with the healthcare provider's care on the basis of simple non-compliance with the internal rules stipulated within the medical facility in question carried out by the aggressive patient.
