Abstract
In the chapter of the collective monograph Special Manners of Concluding Contracts, Unilateral Promises, the author deals with the adhesive conclusion of contracts. There are defined the concept and essence of the adhesive contract, its legislation, including the analysis of the weaker party with the relevance to the adhesive contracting.
This part is based on current legal regulation of the legal obligations in the Czech Republic and applicable decisions of Czech courts.
