Abstract
In the chapter of the collective monograph Special Manners of Concluding Contracts, Unilateral Promises, the author deals with the concluding contracts on the form. The concept of a form contract and its legal regulation are defined, including the definition of a form or other similar means used in business relation.
This part is based on current legal regulation of the legal obligations in the Czech Republic and applicable decisions of Czech courts.
