Abstract
Claude Monet inspired the name of the new artistic direction with the painting Impression. Instructed by the practices of Boudin, Turner and Manet, he developed a stain painting with his painterly friends in order to depict the landscape and everyday life as it may appear in light events.
In his late work, he gave the colorful stroke the power of a new means of expression that inspired the future.
