Abstract
The chapter gradually deals with the historical context of the chosen topic, the definition of civil procedure and civil procedural law, as well as its differentiation. In conclusion, the author summarized his findings from research in the field of civil procedure, noting that modern procedural doctrine understands the civil procedure as an effective means of protecting the subjective rights and legally protected interests of individuals.
