The quality social climate and the needs of teachers in nursery school

Abstract

Several of the more fundamental organisational changes relating to nursery school and may impact on the school climate are examined. The results of several research projects conducted in Czech Republic over the last few years help clarify how the social climate is perceived by teachers and directors.

Questions are also focused on teachers need in order to carry out their profession.
