Reasons for the existence of obstacles precluding the restitution of church property

Abstract

The parish will be given a forest, but not the path that leads to it. The monastery gets back the pond, but not its dam.

Before restitution, the corridor for the road, for the construction of which there are no funds left, will have to be separated from the field. The garden of the family house will also have to be divided, only a part of it will be issued.

And church legal entities at the border will need to be fully prepared for the possibility of restitution of property. Why do such paradoxical situations arise? Is there a deeper meaning behind them?
