Abstract
The monograph provides a general introduction to artificial intelligence ("ai"), such as its definition and division, deals with the electronic person as a subject of law, the development of artificial intelligence and its problems, the current use of AI and intelligent robots, related legislation, protection privacy, regulatory and security issues, liability for damage, autonomous transport and social and economic prospects.
