Abstract
Given the premise and initial manifestations of community spread of the virus infection SARS-CoV-2, which causes the disease COVID-19, are already losing their original meaning in the Czech Republic epidemiological "travel" criteria for triading patients. One of the basics factors of early detection of patients with COVID-19 is imaging diagnostics.
In the primary diagnosis, it does not provide an X-ray chest sufficient sensitivity in capture changes in the lung parenchyma as high a sensitive method must be used for computed tomography (CT) diagnostics. Studies in the diagnosis of disabilities lungs in Wu-Khan demonstrated diagnostic importance of CT as a triage examination in clinical suspicion of the disease COVID-19.
The following procedure provides recommendations for the indication of CT examination, the implementation procedure, the method of evaluation and in particular the procedure for evaluating the finding for another clinical procedure of patient treatment.
